Artist Statement 

My work is rooted in exploring human connection and identity. I delve into the complexities of the human figure and language through an abstract approach.  I examine how these elements are interwoven and part of our daily existence. The human communication system is a complex structure interwoven by body language, written language, and verbal language. As a person who navigates life with dyslexia, I often feel a disconnect with language. I foster a deep awareness of the nuances that define our human interactions. My work is a starting point for dialogue and reflection on how we respond to our surroundings.
